Ultra Girl is back in action tracking down The Auctioneer, an evil villain who grabs women from the city, mummifies them and puts them up for auction to overseas slave traders. Ultra Girl is hot on his trail and looking to shut down The Auctioneer.
Having tracked The Auctioneer to a hotel hideout in the city, Ultra Girl gains entry into his room and begins her search. She finds evidence including paperwork and the tools of The Auctioneer's handywork. She now knows that she has indeed found The Auctioneer. As Ultra Girl continues to search around, she is grabbed from behind by The Auctioneer. A cloth in his hand held tightly over Ultra Girl's nose and mouth, the sexy superheroine is soon incapacitated.
Ultra Girl is soon awakened. She sits in a chair, her wrists and arms tied tightly with rope. She struggles as The Auctioneer removes her power belt. Ultra Girl struggles against her binds and the groping hands of The Auctioneer as he explains to her that she will soon be on the auction block. But first she has to be prepared.
The sexy superheroine's boots are soon removed, exposing her pantyhose clad feet. Ultra Girl is then stood up, and to add more humilitaion to his captive, The Auctioneer removes her shorts. Ultra Girl is further humiliated as she is turned around and bent over as the bidders in the auction are shown her assets.
After being shown off, the auction is started and Ultra Girl finds herself being slowy wrapped in shrink wrap. Starting at her ankles, The Auctioneer beings the slow process of wrapping Ultra Girl in a tight layer of shrink wrap to prepare her for the final process to come.
The Auctioneer continues to wrap Ultra Girl in a tight layer of shrink wrap as he prepares her for shipment as the Auction moves forward. Throughout the process, the sexy superheroine struggles as best she can. Eventually the shrink warp process is complete and Ultra Girl finds herself tightly wrapped and her struggles limited.
The Auctioneer then begins the final phase of preparing his captive for shipment. Starting at Ultra Girl's ankles, the Auctioneer slowly wraps the superheroine into a tight tape wrap mummification. Ultra Girl continues to try and struggle, but as more and more of her body is tightly wrapped in the tape cacoon, her movement and struggles quickly become minimal. Once he has Ultra Girl tightly wrapped up in her duct tape mummification, the Auctioneer finishes off the process by stuffing a sponge in the superheroines mouth and sealing it shut with tight layers of shrink wrap around her head.
The mummified Ultra Girl is lowered to the floor. She is fondled a little as the Auctioneer let's her know the auction is over and she has been sold for a record price. The sexy mummified superheroine is left to struggle as best she can as The Auctioneer goes to prepare her shipping container..
