Francis Compton persuades her husband Don to take care of Karen, whose mental health has fallen into disrepair. However, the care of relatives does not bring relief to the girl. She continues to be haunted by visions in which she becomes a victim of brutal maniacs. One day, when Karen was left alone, a representative of the gas company came to the house. The appearance of an unknown man revived all of the girl's nightmares. She kills the unfortunate man and looks forward to new victims.
