The strange title is necessary to describe this hot clip. Adam was resting after a Wet Dream Men shoot when Rich decided he wanted a turn at this straight boy with the beautiful eyes. So with Scott's cooperation on the camera, he started giving the young man a hand job while he was resting. Adam didn't seem to mind and silently agreed to submit, and so he got one of Rich's torturously slow hand jobs. But his foot and leg remained in the picture through most of the filming, twitching and flexing, his toes extending and curling. This combined with his facial expressions clearly show the stated of demented pleasure Rich had this boy in before he skillfully and mercifully brought him over the edge.
